How Does the Program Work? Home Buyer(s) will be referred to a licensed real estate professional who will provide full-service real estate representation to the buyer(s) in the transaction and who will assist the buyer(s) in finding a property if assistance is needed. For any home sale with a final sales price (excluding closing costs) of $100,000 or more, where the referred agent has acted as the buyer(s) sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real estate, the Broker will rebate to the buyer 1/2 (one half) of the cooperating broker commission or fee (up to 1.5% of the final sales price) paid to the Broker at the at the successful settlement/completion of escrow. The cash amount will vary with the price of the home and the cooperating broker commission offered. Our rebate program sounds simple... and it is! When you use a referred RealtorŪ to represent you as a Buyer in a real estate transaction, the Broker will contribute back to you 1/2 (one half) of the cooperating broker commission or fee- up to 1.5% of the sale price upon the successful completion of your escrow.

This rebate program allows homebuyers to receive a rebate of up to 1.5% when they close an escrow where the referred Broker has acted as their sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real estate.* How Does the Home Buyers Rebate Program work?For any home sale with a final sales price (excluding closing costs) of $100,000 or more, where a referred agent has acted as the buyers sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real estate, the referred agent will rebate to the buyer 1/2 (one half) of the cooperating broker commission or fee (up to 1.5% of the final sales price) paid to the agent at the successful settlement/completion of escrow.
