Closing Costs are sometimes the only factor preventing home buyers from becoming home owners! Closing Cost Rebates are designed to ensure that all buyers of real estate (in covered Southern California markets*) receive help with closing costs via real estate agent home buyer rebate.

To qualify for the program, a homebuyer (or buyer of any type of California real estate) must meet the following criteria:

þ Home buyer(s) must already be pre-approved for a home

      loan or are currently in the process of being pre-approved

þ Home Buyer(s) must be ready to purchase a home within

      0-4 weeks

þ Home Buyer(s)  must be willing and able to sign an

      Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement with referred agent

      who has agreed to provide rebate
